Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from the order date to return. We do not exchange: place a new order for the size or colour you want and send back what you will not keep.

Conditions

• Unworn, unwashed, no perfume or sunscreen smell
• Labels and hygiene sticker still attached
• Original packaging where reasonable

We cannot accept pieces that miss this.

Steps

1. Email info@dulcecosta.eu with your order number.
2. We send the Netherlands return address.
3. You pay return shipping, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
4. After we receive and check it, we refund the products. Outbound shipping stays, unless the mistake was ours.

We are not responsible for self-shipped parcels that go missing. Keep your tracking number.
