These terms apply to orders on dulcecosta.nl. The seller is Dulce Costa, Red Naomistraat 15, 1689 DT Zwaag, the Netherlands. Contact: support@dulcecosta.eu.

The shop is hosted by Shopify.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse one (fraud, stock, pricing error). You get email confirmation.

Prices

Euro, VAT included where it applies. Shipping shows at checkout. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, even after the order.

Payment

See payment methods. No successful payment, no shipment.

Delivery

See shipping. Times are estimates.

Withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw after receipt. We also offer 30-day returns under returns. Swimwear with a broken hygiene seal is excluded from withdrawal.

Liability

We take care with delivery. Mandatory consumer rights stay in place. Our liability is limited to the order value where the law allows. No indirect loss.

Intellectual property

Prints, photos and copy belong to Dulce Costa or its licensors.

Law

Dutch law, plus the mandatory consumer rules of your country. Courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
